2.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to dive trips, diving excursions, dive programmes and scuba courses offered by the Service Provider on fanaticdivers.hu or under an individual agreement.

2.2. The Terms cover contracts concluded between the Service Provider and a natural person using the service, or – where the service is used in the course of economic or professional activity – a legal person or other organisation.

2.3. Detailed conditions of a specific programme – in particular date, location, duration, price, capacity limit and any special requirements – are set out on the programme page, in information provided during registration, and in the confirmation.

2.4. The individual conditions of the specific programme and these Terms together form the content of the contract between the parties.

2.5. The Service Provider may amend the Terms. An amendment applies to already confirmed contracts only if required by law or if it is more favourable to the participant.

3. Services

3.1. Fanatic Divers Dive School may offer, among others:

  • guided dive trips;
  • weekend diving excursions;
  • group and individual dive programmes;
  • beginner scuba courses;
  • advanced and continuing scuba courses;
  • other educational or leisure programmes related to diving.

3.2. The content of each programme follows the description published for that programme.

3.3. The Service Provider is not obliged to provide services not included in the programme description or in an individual agreement.

3.4. Where a programme also uses a third-party service (for example a dive site, boat, dive centre or other venue), that provider’s rules may also apply.

3.5. These Terms are not automatically package travel terms. If a programme includes travel organisation or travel agency services, separate conditions for that service apply.

4. Publishing programmes

4.1. Programmes are published on the website as specific events.

4.2. Where relevant, the programme page includes: name; date and time; location; short description; maximum capacity; current free places; participation fee; registration deadline; any prerequisites; any required own equipment; and other information needed to take part.

4.3. Information is provided as accurately as possible; diving conditions may change by their nature.

4.4. Water temperature, visibility, water level, current, weather and other natural factors cannot always be predicted.

5. Registration and formation of the contract

5.1. Participants may register for published programmes via the online registration form on fanaticdivers.hu.

5.2. The applicant must provide accurate data.

5.3. Submitting a registration does not in every case automatically create the service contract.

5.4. After receiving the registration, the Service Provider sends an email confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the contract is formed upon the Service Provider’s confirmation.

5.5. If the programme is full, the Service Provider is not obliged to accept further registrations.

5.6. After the registration deadline, the Service Provider is not obliged to accept new registrations.

5.7. The Service Provider may refuse a registration or promptly notify the applicant of the correct data if the published price, date or other data is clearly incorrect.

6. Participant data and declarations

6.1. The participant must provide true and current data when registering.

6.2. The participant must inform the Service Provider in advance of any circumstance that may affect safe diving, training or participation.

7.4. The Service Provider may refuse participation if it reasonably concludes that the participant lacks the required certification, experience or condition for safe participation.
