When should you write – and when register directly?

If a specific advertised programme already exists, the fastest path is online registration: pick the trip or course, enter the group size, and you get confirmation.

Write an email if:

  • you are organising a group or company programme,
  • you are not sure which course or trip fits you,
  • you have a question about gear, experience or scheduling,
  • you are looking for a programme that is not on the calendar yet.

Put the programme type in the email subject (e.g. “beginner scuba course” or “weekend dive trip”) so we can reply faster.

Where do I find open programmes?

In the calendar, and on the trip and course lists.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within 1–2 working days. If a registration deadline is tight, say so in the email.

Do I need to call to register?

No. You can register for advertised events on the web; phone or email is only needed for a custom arrangement.
