3. Recipients and processors

- Google (Analytics / Tag Manager): only after consent, if measurement is enabled
4. Transfers to third countries
If Google services are used, data may also be transferred to the USA. Google then applies appropriate safeguards (e.g. transfer mechanisms). Measurement only starts after your consent.
5. Automated decision-making
The controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects concerning you.
6. Your rights
You may request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawfulness).
